Iran govt’ site: PUK is behind terrorist attacks

Sanandaj - The semi-official government Fars News Agency accuses the PUK of assassinating six Iranian officials in Iran’s Kurdistan province. Two of them were Kurdish imams. PUK rejected the news.



During last month a number Iranian officials were killed and the Iranian government said they have arrested a number of suspects. The Iranian government medium Fars wrote that possible suspects were the Iranian Kurdish opposition, PUK, Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), Al-Qaeda, Mossad and Wahabi’s.



Director of security Hakim Qadir Hamajan of Sulaimani rejected the news and says it’s not responsible for these kind of attacks. “We are against every terrorist groups and attacks, especially against Iran, which is a friend of the Kurds” (Photo: Rudaw.net).
